Thugs of Hindostan Box Office Collection.
The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Lloyd Owen in leading roles.
Produced on a budget of ₹300 crore (US$42 million), Thugs of Hindostan is the most expensive Bollywood film. Initially titled Thug, the film marked the first time Khan and Bachchan featured together as leads, and was the second collaboration between Khan, Acharya and Kaif, after Dhoom 3 (2013).
During the interview with times now ”Thugs of Hindostan can possibly do Rs 50 crore on Day 1. That’s one film that has the potential to do so. One, it’s coming on day after Diwali, which, in terms of business, is the biggest day we have in the year. And then you have an Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, the director of Dhoom 3 (Vijay Krishna Acharya), humongous scale and a production house like Yash Raj Films backing it. I think it’s the only film that I know of open at Rs 50 crore,” said exhibitor Akshaye rathee
